Overseas Shipping
Smokers Heaven uses Royal Mail's Airmail Service for overseas shipping charged at £12.99.
- Europe: 5 to 7 workings days
- Worldwide: 7 to 10 working days.
All orders are processed and dispatched the following working day (Monday to Friday).
Overseas shipping delivery dates and times are dependent to any customs inspection that may occur. Duty and tax charges may be made, which may extend the delivery process.
Please note: Any duty and tax incurred are payable by the customer and not by Smokers Heaven.
Unfortunately deliveries times are not guaranteed – Smokers Heaven delivery dates are estimated and could take longer. Royal Mail will dispatch your mail to the specified country on the first available flight, yet please understand that delivery standards in other countries do vary.
